Polling suggests that the Conservative Party could win a 64-seat majority in the House of Commons in the December 12th General Election.

If the UK leaves, forms it’s own trade pacts (old commonwealth, US, etc.,) and comes out of the storm relatively intact, it would set a precedent the EU would find terrifying. No doubt, a Brexit would encourage other EU nations to leave.
Remainer’s plans are to make Brexit so painful that any other EU country would think twice about leaving.
Really and frankly what’s the difference. A conservative party presided over the persecution of parents by the DHS and over Robinson’s persecution, and multiple rapes of white women by Muslims.
The Remainers used every trick they could use to delay Brexit, but once Boris gets his majority, they will have nothing left.
On the contrary, it's the EU which insists that the Northern Ireland/Republic of Ireland border should remain open, in order to preserve the integrity of the Good Friday Agreement, which ended 30 years of sectarian conflict in Northern Ireland.
It's the necessity of reconciling this with the inevitability that the UK after Brexit will be outside the EU customs union which has led to the ludicrously complex, and probably unenforceable compromise of an invisible customs barrier in the Irish Sea.
Yes, it is complicated beyond my trivial explanation, the EU wants the border placed between Northern Ireland and the rest of Britain, and Britain of course objects to that, but you are right it is because of NOT wanting to put the border at the actual border because of other treaties.
But the EU will not accept a non-border.
