there was an interesting moment where a question could have been interpreted as Vindman was the whistleblower (because of the way the sentence was said...like without a comma) and the lawyer yesterday quickly piped up

Vindman should be courtmartialed. The Army protecting Vindman is an outrage. I'll go a step further and say he is acting on behalf of Russia or the Ukraine, attempting to aid in the removal of Trump.
How come we don't see a FOREIGN OPERATIVE when everything about him says FOREIGN OPERATIVE?
