It is too early. This is just a small morale booster. The tide can change.

Not good news .. I am comparing the oct 12th results to what Edwards had in the oct primary to today’s results so far in the smaller rural counties ...and he is running 5 to 7 points ahead of his oct numbers

Good grief....are you here bearing more ‘concern’?

Give it a rest.

Let’s stay positive, for goodness sakes.

It is early and Edwards will do very well in New Oleans and Baton Rouge. If I were a betting man I would bet on Edwards who has governed conservatively. Also he seems to have had better TV ads. I am over in Mississippi but I visit a lot. The wild card is how much these impeachment hearings have fired up conservatives to get out and vote. Maybe a lot. Edwards had a slight leed in the polls going in.

Go stick your head deeper in the sand.

The numbers are what they are. If they are negative, then deal with it.

195,431
John Bel Edwards (DEM)
46%

225,473 Eddie Rispone (REP), but N.O., B.R. and Shreveport still give Edwards the edge.
