So-called ‘whistleblower’ may have committed felony by not disclosing contacts with Schiff

The Democrat whistleblower that Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi are propping up in their hollow impeachment attacks on President Trump could be subject to felony false statement charges for not disclosing that he had contacted Schiff before filing his complaint.

Because the whistleblower never disclosed his contacts with Schiff and the House Intelligence Committee (of which Schiff is chairman), the intelligence committee inspector general (ICIG) testified that he “had no knowledge of” the improper contacts. So he never looked into it.

The Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act requires whistleblowers to contact the Intelligence Committee Inspector General BEFORE contacting Congressional staffers.

Fox News correspondent Catherine Herridge made this bombshell revelation yesterday. The shocking admission adds to the mountain of evidence suggesting that the “whistleblower” is a left-wing political operative being used to take down Trump.

“How is Adam Schiff even the chairman of a committee in the Congress right now?” Gaetz asked. “That guy should be gone.”

And yet, Schiffty is still in charge of the circus. I'm wondering, after the curtain closes on the witch hunt, can Eric Ciaramella be charged for providing false information? Maybe so...

The whistleblower, by accusing Trump of malpractice, has essentially inoculated himself against prosecution. Going after him would be portrayed as retaliation and, even though deserved, is not worth the grief that pursuing him would bring.

It sucks, but that’s the way things work.

Pretty much explains why Schiff lies yesterday about he and his staff not knowing the name of the “whistleblower”.

The idea that Schitt doesn’t know who the wb is....is ridiculous. Someone went to his office, spoke with his people anonymously? With what...a mask....a stocking over his head. He must have been known to get by the front desk.

Not if he lied “under penalty” in his complaint....which we know he did.

Betcha a nickel he’s not charged with anything.

I’m not saying he doesn’t deserve to pay the price; I’m just saying he won’t.

It ain’t right that he’ll get off scot free.

But that’s the way it is.

Barr got called on the carpet yesterday when Trump found out he was planning to let the coup conspirators off.

"The Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act requires whistleblowers to contact the Intelligence Committee Inspector General BEFORE contacting Congressional staffers."

Nuthin' another retroactive rule change can't take care of. The precedent has already been set. If this ass**** doesn't follow the rules, change 'em...

I'm sure we will find out who he is. (I still opt for Taylor).

Here's HIS (wb) problem....He can't quit his job.....since the specific object of the wb protection law is "his job".

But he's a Deep State Democrat, so...…………no harm no foul.

Now if he was a Christian who prayed for a homosexual, well then - 25 years to life.

“May have”? How come no one ever seems to actually KNOW when a Dem has broken the law?

Aw C’mon, these manufactured “felonies” only in DC, I am a lawyer, maybe not a brilliant one, but I can’t see these weird scenarios as felonies.

The hiring of Sessions is easily in the top-3 worst decisions Trump has made so far in his presidency. Sadly, the hiring of Barr is closing in fast on that distinction.

....sadly, I agree.... I would venture a guess that nothing will ever come of all these revelations... these people are so crooked that when they die, you’d need a corkscrew to dig the holes in the ground to put them in....but, again, all this inforation is coming out and nothing will ever be done... these people have CYA down to a science....
