Fox News anchor Howard Kurtz condemned network contributor Mollie Hemingway for naming the alleged whistleblower on his show.
Hemingway mentioned Eric Ciaramella, 33, a career CIA analyst, on Sunday's episode of Media Buzz and argued that "the media should be in the business of sharing information that is in the public interest." Kurtz, however, disagreed both at the time and on the network's The Daily Briefing the next day.
“I don’t think it’s the role of the media to disclose the identity of the whistleblower,” Kurtz said. “As you know, a name came up on my program yesterday. I don’t think that should have happened. Mollie Hemingway says that she was simply repeating a name that had been bandied about by certain sites, and no one had told her that Fox and other organizations were not using the name.”

If the media once refused to print classified info that leaked ... just once ... I might believe they are trying to act in good faith when they refuse to release his name. But the truth is the only things they refuse to print are things that democrats don’t want them to print. Period.
Never had any regard for the Kurtsy weasel. There is no whistleblower—just a traitorous conspirator seeking to create an overthrow of a duly elected President with his limp wristed snowflake buddies and communist media. Flush him.
Kurtz started out with a good show, now its become wasted space. The Whistleblowers name has been all over the media for two weeks prior to Ms. Hemmingway mentioning his name. Where has Fox been, watching CNN?
I have absolute proof that Howard Kurtz is really a Russian spy. Take my word on it as I choose to remain anonymous.
We don’t have to imagine what would happen if the whistleblower did this to Obama. Obama had them arrested as spies.
I think Howard Putz should resign from Fox News in protest. You can network with other former Fox News staff, like Shepard Smith.
