Former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley blasted former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and former White House Chief of Staff John Kelly, recalling a private conversation where they defended resisting President Trump, telling her they did so out of necessity. [ ]
Haley said that the two men confided in me that when they resisted the president, they werent being insubordinate, they were trying to save the country and how Tillerson went on to tell me the reason he resisted the presidents decisions was because, if he didnt, people would die .
Haley, however, was not impressed.
It shouldve been, Go tell the president what your differences are, and quit if you dont like what hes doing, Haley told ODonnell. But to undermine a president is really a very dangerous thing. And it goes against the Constitution, and it goes against what the American people want. And it was offensive.

Hard to believe they lasted as long as they did - traitorous bastards!
Our duly elected President is best on all sides. No wonder it is hard for him to know who to trust: they lie right to his face...
Haley has been a pleasant surprise. She has her detractors here but on balance she sits comfortably on the positive side of the ledger.
She just went up 10 points in my book. I think she was excellent at the UN, the best I've ever seen.
And we should believe her because...?
When you rise to the 3 and 4 star level it is all politics. These officers must be approved by the Senate and they have to swim through the slime of the Obama years. It will take a few more years to clear out these traitors.
Not completely sold on her but this certainly adds positive Mark’s to my opinion of her.
The way the story is twisted in some media, she comes off endorsing the coup.
I actually liked the selection of Tillerson, at least for a while. What a disappointment.
Good for her.
Me too. He was from the private sector which was highly appealing imo. Geez what a j.o. he turned out to be.
There seem to be a lot of individuals and departments that need to be reminded of who works for whom.
Haleys stock keeps going up.
I know she had the flag incident as Governor, which could have been bad advice. But based on her U.N. performance, shes exactly the kind of fighter we need.
Have you been on a different planet for the last 3 years?
I choose to not believe the hourly crap being printed about Our Donald. I read crap like this and say to myself, yeah, right, what BS. Next.
I am never voting for ineligible candidates.
Not Nikki Haley, Micro Rubio, Ted Cruz, Bobby Jindal or George P. Bush or any other children of foreign nationals.
And we should believe her because...?
Because she has and want a future in politics.
Because she is proven to be loyal, to us and the President.
Because I dont here anyone screaming shes lying or tweeting its not true.
Alexander Haig, when confronted with the chaos that was the Reagan White House in March 1981, asserted, “I’m in control here!”
The record was soon set straight, but by then General Haig had seriously shot himself in the foot.
General Haig had served with the Nixon Administration, at the height of the Watergate affair as White House chief of staff in May 1973. Retaining his Army commission, he remained in the position until September 21, 1974, ultimately overseeing the transition to the presidency of Gerald Ford following Nixon’s resignation on August 9, 1974.
Haig has been largely credited with keeping the government running while President Nixon was preoccupied with Watergate and was essentially seen as the “acting president” during Nixon’s last few months in office.
Easy to see why he pictured himself as the “take-charge” guy in moments of crisis.
Just as General Kelly and Secretary Tillerman would years later.
What if Trump selects one as next vP?
