Early in 2019, polling showed that Bloomberg was among the least popular potential candidates. With his enormous wealth that dwarfs other Democratic candidates the former mayor has also said that he would not be taking any campaign contributions.

While we are (still) technically a free country, it’s still difficult to see Alabama border authorities permitting Bloomberg to enter the state. He may learn the hard way that he’ll have to publicly RENOUNCE his gun-grabbing agenda before he permitted there.

Despite filing for paperwork, a representative for Bloomberg said the New York billionaire has still not confirmed if he will join the race and that the Alabama filing was strictly for deadline purposes.
