Mark Zaid, the attorney for the Ukraine call whistleblower, on Thursday defended a series of tweets from 2017 in which he predicted a "coup" against President Trump and promised to “get rid of him” -- saying in a statement the tweets referred to “a completely lawful process.”
Shortly after the publication of a Fox News article Wednesday highlighting the stream of anti-Trump tweets, Trump himself lambasted Zaid during a rally in Louisiana, calling the attorney “disgraceful.”
After tweeting lightheartedly about the controversy Wednesday night, Zaid sent Fox News a formal statement Thursday in which he said the social media posts were written with the belief that Trump would likely be “stepping over the line” at some point during his presidency.
“Those tweets were reflective and repeated the sentiments of millions of people,” Zaid said. “I was referring to a completely lawful process of what President Trump would likely face as a result of stepping over the line, and that particularly whatever would happen would come about as a result of lawyers. The coup comment referred to those working inside the Administration who were already, just a week into office, standing up to him to enforce recognized rules of law.“

What is starting to emerge is evidence that the current impeachment process is part of a coup continuum;
everything WRT the onset of the whistleblower is part of a long-ago planned and pre-constructed operation.

It’s way past time to level some “conspiracy to overthrow the U.S. government” charges against a whole bunch of these co-conspirators.

When we look back, Trump-haters like Zaid and the rest always seemed overconfident and sloppy...
always smirking about one crime or another, never ever fearing retribution.
Clearly, the dirty-doers like Zaid did not plan on any follow-up, nor did they expect Americans to challenge them.
Keep in mind, those were the heady days of “anything goes’...when Saint Obama was untouchable and Hillary was a “shoo-in.”
I can hear them all now: “Don’t worry, Hillary will sweep all of this under the Oval Office rug.”
This as they chose their bailiwicks and sinecures and signed up for 3-4 eternal Federal pensions.

Alex Marlowe was on Breitbart radio show this a.m. defending Jeff Session’s run for the Alabama Senate, saying that Trump was the meanie towards Sessions and that Sessions’ strong stand on immigration would be helpful in the Senate! What incredible naivety! Rosenstein said that Sessions would probably be willing to support removing Trump by the 25th amendment.
This guy Zaid is a real freakoweirdo. Who goes to Disney alone? What kind of voyeur with no kids goes to a kids’ water park? This guy needs to be investigated.

Adding insult to injury, as we look forward, I sincerely hope PDJT won’t feel compelled to rally votes for Feckless Jeff in his bid to regain his old Senate seat.
