and I really can't tell if Gen. Milley is the First "official" to have made that statement about the capture, or just reaffirming what some other "official" said. It sounds sort of like Gen. Milley is the one that made the statement, and if so, he is not really some ding-a-ling official, but the military's highest ranking member below President Trump (or maybe Sec Def).
In my opinion, that's even worse than some low level gov't apparatchik making this statement.
