Well, there are THREE nominees for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that are pending before Lindsey Graham’s Senate Judiciary Committee.
Maybe Lindsey could get more focused on processing Trump’s Judicial nominees and spend a little less time running toward every camera and microphone he sees. And maybe he could get rid of the Blue Slip process for Federal District Court nominees while he’s at it.

But it was not a mandate by the legislation itself. It was a rule by Obama’s HHS. This is ignorance writ large on the part of the court. If one administration can enact a rule based on its understanding of how a law is to be put into practice another administration can do the same. Especially if the change is more in line with current laws- such as the RFPA act.
