Nestor is actually a very old character in the Iliad and in Greek mythology.
Wiki has a great sentence on him - which means it was probably copied from some scholar's book about the Iliad:
“Nestor's advice in the Iliad, while always respected by his listeners due to his age and experience, is always tempered with a sub-text of humor at his expense due to his boastfulness, as he is never able to dispense the advice without first spending several paragraphs recounting his own heroic actions in the past when faced with similar circumstances.”

I am going to guess that “Nestor” is also the first name of some minor historical person who was a hard line Leftist, non-white, and non-Christian.
We’re still recovering from Hurricane Michael a year ago here in Lynn Haven, right outside Panama City, and there are still tarps on roofs, homes and buildings still needing to be repaired and some people still waiting for a determination as to whether their home can be repaired or has to be demolished. That being said, we really need the rain and there’s not going to be a lot of wind. We’re getting light rain right how with very little wind.

If you are going to get a strong tropical strom bordering on cat 1 the one to get is one that moves at almost 20 knots.That is agreat thing since every 12 hours it move 240 miles its here for and hour and then gone.
It’s sort of a minor (relatively) storm, so, an infrequently used name from history seems appropriate...
Does anyone know why Nestor gets the “S” designation so far out on the “cone”, when the forecast indicates the storm will maintain nowhere near such strength? It seems like something along the lines of “PD” (for Post-tropical Depression), or, just “L” would be more appropriate.

so they built the road back? all three breached places? What does PC look like? I was FEMA disaster inspector and never saw one worse, and unfortunately did not see much money for recovery. Maybe the way all hurricanes should be but, “damn, PC was destroyed”
