Rod Rosenstein “Unindicted Co-Conspirator”? – Durham Expands Timeline for Probe…

One aspect heavily monitored by CTH surrounds frequent redactions to ongoing DOJ releases that touch upon former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. An additionally annoying thorn would be the continued holding-back of Rosenstein’s expanded scope memos authorizing the expansion of Mueller’s special investigation. [They remain hidden]

The reason Rosenstein’s behavior remains a high-priority is simply because without his ongoing participation and authorization in 2017 and 2018 the Weissmann/Mueller probe would not have been able to continue.

Rosenstein is a central character to all events, and at the end of the Mueller investigation -through today- the DOJ continued to black out any information that evidenced Rosenstein’s duplicitous activity.

As a result, CTH has viewed the transparent DOJ redactions as a purposeful effort to protect Rosenstein. However, recent activity and media reports outline the possibility of another motive. Perhaps, just perhaps, the evidence of Rosenstein’s activities has been withheld because Rosenstein is a subject of the Durham investigation.

Rosenweasel urged Trump to fire Comey then used the firing as the reason to hire Comey’s BFF (Mueller) as special counsel. He used known BS IQ to get FISA warrants to spy on Trump. A corrupt little punk who belongs in jail

"He’s kept his end of the deal, and I can’t see him dragged into a fresh mess now."

May well be the case, and I don't have a huge problem with that.

My issue is that nobody seems to be being held accountable.

Next thing we know, we'll have an impeached president, and the Huber, Horowitz, Barr & Durham crew will be saying, 'Damn -- just when we were about to bring some of these players to justice!"

Any day, now! Maybe next month...

They’re all un-indicted co-conspirators, there’s been no indictments yet.

“I feel very concerned about Mr. Durham and AG Barr not going after what appears to be naked sedition”

I don’t know what they’re doing. For that matter I don’t know what any of the players are really doing.

I’m with you. I fully expect that the FISA report, the Durham/Barr investigation and whatever else is going on inside and outside of the country are going to expose some crimes that will surprise even the most jaded of us. However, I’m extremely dismayed that no action has yet been taken against any of the conspirators in what is clearly a seditious soft coup - one that’s not yet over. In a more general comment, I posted the following on another thread:

“Well, now it’s clear that there are no rules, no laws that the Democrats - and more than a few Republicans (behind the scenes, of course) - aren’t willing to violate or break in their efforts to remove Trump, consolidate power and save their sorry, corrupt asses. It’s pretty clear at this point that the only way to save Trump and, by extension, our Republic, is to undertake a take-no-prisoners, scorched-earth assault on the Left and the Deep State by massive, widespread arrests, indictments, prosecutions and imprisonment. However, it bothers me greatly that even the DC lawyers who support Trump (DiGenova, Toensing, McCarthy?) are increasingly doubtful of DOJ’s ability to convict people like Comey, Brennan, McCabe, etc., in a DC court; it feels like they’re prepping us for “bombshells” in the FISA report, but cautioning us not to expect much in the way of action.”

Hannity, last night, said that’s what he’s hearing. No charges because they can’t get a conviction in a DC court.

“Is Sessions just supremely stupid, or part of the coup?”

Would you be surprised if he was both?

Rosenstein was only defacto AG because the GOP publicly threatened POTUS when he floated the idea of removing the recused Sessions. Rosenstein, IMO, was central to the Ryan/McConnell efforts to hamstring POTUS and control the beltway agenda from Congress.

Therefore, there is no way Durham or anybody else touches Rotten Rod. He’s got his get out of jail card.

Durham and Barr are never going to substantively go after the coupists because the ongoing coup is bipartisan in nature. Exhibit A being Trump appointee Rod Rosenstein who was without a doubt a Deep State operative.

I feel very concerned about Mr. Durham and AG Barr not going after what appears to be naked sedition, if true, because they would have to use D.C. courts

Likely true and if this doesn't open the eyes of people who still believe in the System, then nothing will. DeeCee is a sanctuary city for criminality, one where Ds are literally allowed to rape, plunder and steal.

Whoever the ‘ragtag bunch of conservative misfits’ at CTH are, they do seem to dig deeper than most other political analysts.

It would be great to see a ‘bunch of anti-trumper misfits’ in handcuffs.

Since the report here on FR that Sessions had given his wink and nod to the removal of POTUS via the 25th Amendment, vis a vis the wearing of a wire by Rosenweasel to entrap POTUS by some hook or crook; we now know he was complicit. He was a cutout, foisted on Trump to be AG, to keep the DOJ from hindering the Deep State’s coup efforts. JMHO.
