Rod Rosenstein “Unindicted Co-Conspirator”? – Durham Expands Timeline for Probe…

One aspect heavily monitored by CTH surrounds frequent redactions to ongoing DOJ releases that touch upon former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. An additionally annoying thorn would be the continued holding-back of Rosenstein’s expanded scope memos authorizing the expansion of Mueller’s special investigation. [They remain hidden]

The reason Rosenstein’s behavior remains a high-priority is simply because without his ongoing participation and authorization in 2017 and 2018 the Weissmann/Mueller probe would not have been able to continue.

Rosenstein is a central character to all events, and at the end of the Mueller investigation -through today- the DOJ continued to black out any information that evidenced Rosenstein’s duplicitous activity.

As a result, CTH has viewed the transparent DOJ redactions as a purposeful effort to protect Rosenstein. However, recent activity and media reports outline the possibility of another motive. Perhaps, just perhaps, the evidence of Rosenstein’s activities has been withheld because Rosenstein is a subject of the Durham investigation.

I haven’t followed the coup as closely as others, mostly because I’m hopelessly jaded when it comes to justice for elites, but I do consider myself an expert judge of character. One look at Rod Rosenstein is all I need to know that he’s a duplicitous rat who did he very best to damage Donald Trump. I’d love to see him in a cage.

And Sessions surprise, pathetic recusal from all things Russia from the start paved the way for this to happen. Is Sessions just supremely stupid, or part of the coup?

I think Rosenstein is malleable....with he’s best buddies with whoever he’s with.....
when he’s with trump he gives reason to fire comey

When he’s with the cabal he offers to wear a wire and appoints mueller

Anyone defending this guy shouldn’t be trusted

I vote for the former.

I've been assured by some mentally ill posters that Sessions is busy behind the scenes preparing charges against Hillary, Bill and Obama.

"Rod Rosenstein “Unindicted Co-Conspirator”?"

At this point, they're ALL unindicted...

They'll probably stay that way, too...

I remember those daily posts about Sessions. Trust the plan. Working behind the scenes. Million indictments ready to go. Blah Blah Blah

“Is Sessions just supremely stupid, or part of the coup?”

Now that is truly the million dollar question.....The one that I have considered thoroughly and have yet to resolve.

Sessions just wasn’t up for the job. He had the work ethic of a U.S. Senator.

I feel very concerned about Mr. Durham and AG Barr not going after what appears to be naked sedition, if true, because they would have to use D.C. courts, which everyone knows might rule against them no matter how clear the evidence. Why can cases like this not be heard and tried outside of D.C.? In fact jurors really should be chosen from around the nation, in any case where political aims are so one sided, and not from the Deep Swamp.

At some point, there was enough there to bring Rosenstein into a grand jury room (willing to wear a wire into the White House would get you serious charges). I think the WH lined up the deal...you get the Mueller report to end in six months, with no additional heat for the President, and we let you retire and slide away with no charges. He’s kept his end of the deal, and I can’t see him dragged into a fresh mess now.
