The article says that such an audit isn’t law but is just policy. It is not interfering for potus, amidst a congressional tax return witch hunt, to exert control over his own tax forms to keep them out if the hands of political irs employees of which there are many. It’s not possible to break a law that doesn’t exist. And potus can make or unmake any policy at any time. That’s his job.
No Trump will have 60 percent approval by the end of it.
I worried a little in the beginning. Worried a lot with mueller.

The reason that PDJT does not need to produce his info is because there is not LAW that says a sitting president must produce his tax info for audit by congress.

An IRS official filed a complaint alleging that he was told that at least one Treasury Department official tried to interfere with an audit of President Trump's or Vice President Pence's tax returns, according to The Washington Post, citing people familiar with the complaint.
IOW, the "whistleblower" (no doubt some IRS lifer who's never held any other job) was told by some other IRS lifer some made-uip BS about an audit -- not sure if it was Trump or Pence -- that would obviously either be routine, or be some kind of rogue operation. And, it turned up nothing, plus should obviously not have been carried out in the first place, since assets of both men are probably in blind trusts.
