It's quite a simple strategy actually: Have Joe choose her as his running mate. That way Hillary doesn't have to go through the grueling primary process. With her on the ticket, the media will gush about how she was cheated in 2016.

After a few weeks in office, Biden would die, of some natural causes, of course. And voila: President Hillary.
