TITLE: Barr Went to Rome to Hear a Secret Tape from Joseph Mifsud, the Professor Who Helped Ignite the Russia Probe.
Barr was in Rome on an under-the-radar mission that was only planned a few days in advance. An official with the embassy confirmed to The Daily Beast that they had to scramble to accommodate Barr’s sudden arrival. He had been in Italy before, but not with such a clear motive. Barr and Durham are looking into the events that led to Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, and suddenly all roads were leading to Rome.
The Italian Justice Ministry public records show that Mifsud had applied for police protection in Italy after disappearing from Link University where he worked and, in doing so, had given a taped deposition to explain just why people might want to harm him.
A source in the Italian Ministry of Justice, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told The Daily Beast that Barr and Durham were played the tape. A second source within the Italian government also confirmed to The Daily Beast that Barr and Durham were shown other evidence the Italians had on Mifsud.

He's only been Attorney General since February of this year, and probably had to wait until Mueller finished his fake investigation before he could start doing anything.

Barr and Durham do not work to your timeline, they’re building air tight cases, legally, and that takes time. The announcement of the indictments and the arrests of the coup plotters will be done very quickly and likely coordinated such that they all happen at the same time so nobody has a chance to flee.
Clinton goes on Colbert and the audience is shouting “Lock HIM up”, and she laughs.
I’ve been growing impatient of Barr and Durham, but this is at least some evidence they are doing SOMETHING. Not going to hold out too much hope here, but maybe just a little.
Let’s hope Italy has some good leads for them to follow. Sometimes, it just takes one domino to fall...

You seriously believe, after what the deep state and the dems did to him and they threatened his family; you really believe President Trump is just going to let bygones be bygones? Never in a million years would he allow that, obviously you don’t have a very good understanding of what makes Donald Trump tick; or William Barr either for that matter. They’re gonna hammer the top level coup plotters into oblivion.

We have the spectrum of people here who range from top level optimists to low level despairers...I have always been optimistic, but I have been having my down days.
I try to help people who are down on this get through to where they can feel a bit more optimistic, and people like Ann Archy help me temper my somewhat (lately) unfounded optimism.
I help some Freepers keep their heads up above water, and they sometimes help me to keep my feet on the ground.
I would like to think all of us conservatives can cross that line...whatever it turns out to be...together...:)
That is actually one of the things I find both interesting and entertaining in all of this, is watching the leftists who had been used to poking with laughing impunity at a possum like George W. Bush, being shocked when they poke at the political equivalent of the Trump Honey Badger!

I was with you right up until you said were trying to redirect away from "Biden". I think that the Ukraine hoax may be set up in order to throw Biden under the bus. Notice that the Democrats drew attention to the Biden scandal information in the phone call even though Crowdsource was the first item mentioned by Trump.
Therefore, one could conclude that they were more protective of the origins of the Russia Hoax than Biden's scandal.
I think that if Biden doesn't survive that the Dems would be happy to run with someone from the wings. They know that the Youtube video of Biden bragging about blocking funds in order to get the Ukrainian prosecutor fired is out there. Notice that the first charge against Trump was the same type of quid pro quo. I don't think that that was a coincidence.
The professor was employed at a quaint type of university.
It is my suspicion that the Obama Regime was setting up efforts to take over the Ukraine’s natural gas industry. The Ukraine has total gas reserves estimated at 5.4 trillion cubic meters. Control of that would line some pockets. Hence, Hunter Biden was put in as Director of a Ukrainian natural gas company named Burisma Holdings. Hunter was their point man.
I keep looking for a ray of hope.

So my question, what’s the difference between ‘hearsay’ and ‘sources?’
While you’re right that the democrats don’t want Biden as their 2020 nominee, I think that their biggest motive for the Ukraine hoax is to deflect attention from the Barr/Durham/IG investigations into the origins and perpetrators of the Russia/Trump collusion hoax.
Biden is not that important to the democrats, and the number of people that could be brought down by Barr/Durham/IG investigation, is infinitely more important to democrats. Democrats would be brought up on charges of sedition, perhaps treason too, and the people that could be brought up on charges would range from the former president to the high-ranking people in the DOJ and FBI and CIA and even in congress, and no doubt, many in the lett-wing media that assisted in perpetrating the attempted take-down of a duly elected president. Biden is but a mouse compared to the elephants that could be in very deep danger of prison time.
