Yes. Gina Haspel was chosen by Trump as Deputy Dir of the CIA in Feb 2017 and then as Acting Dir on Apr 26 2018. She became Director of the CIA in May 2018.
Trump has essentially selected her 3 separate times and she has been there since the beginning.
