Joe Biden’s presidential campaign made an extraordinary request to executives of top news channels on Sunday, asking them to no longer book Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, on their programs.
In a letter addressed to the heads of the major news and cable networks, as well as top news anchors, two top Biden campaign advisers make the case that by peddling routine falsehoods about the work of Biden and his son Hunter in Ukraine, Giuliani’s presence on the airwaves is editorially untenable.
“We are writing today with grave concern that you continue to book Rudy Giuliani on your air to spread false, debunked conspiracy theories on behalf of Donald Trump. While you often fact check his statements in real time during your discussions, that is no longer enough. By giving him your air time, you are allowing him to introduce increasingly unhinged, unfounded and desperate lies into the national conversation,” the letter from top aides Anita Dunn and Kate Bedingfield reads.

IMHO, I think the old-time democrats (well, the ones who haven’t decided to vote for Trump) want Biden to get the nomination, but the progressive radicals want a progressive radical, and they don’t care which one, as long as they think she can be elected. The democrat party has a philosophical split, but many will vote for anyone with a D behind their name; the dilemma is, just how many of those are there?
I’d just as soon not see Rudy too, but only because he’s too full of himself and talks too much.. That he has drawn this response from Biden will make it easier to listen patiently ;-)

Rudy is the leftist media’s worst nightmare. Most sheeple think he’s past his prime and not very sharp anymore. Let them keep thinking that. He’s a patriot’s Patriot and may end up being the one who saves America.
I originally thought that Giuliani should be quiet and sedate and he was ruining things.
Changed my mind...I LOVE his passion. I have been waiting for our side to have someone who is loud and demanding and talks over anchors...I am really enjoying it.

He knows Rudy is damn good as an attorney and a prosecutor and has all the connections.
He is playing a big part. Giuliani already did a lot to prevent Mueller and his flying monkeys from hurting Trump.
