I take it their internal polling shows Biden can't win the Iowa caucus.

He doesn’t have to win Iowa, nor anywhere else!

We think were going to win, the adviser added. We think its going to be a dog fight
But we think there are several candidates in this field, theres probably three or four, that are going to go awhile.English Translation: All of our internal polls show that we are going to lose.

Biden is too lazy and/or old to campaign across the entire state and that is what is required to win their.

Biden is just a place holder. Wait for the bait and switch.

They want to lower expectations. In the primaries and caucuses, exceeding expectations is what gives your campaign momentum.
So if they dampen expectations, and Biden ends up in 2nd place in Iowa, they can spin that as a victory.

If Buttigieg wins the nomination, then he should choose Biden as his rung mate. I want a BUTT/PLUGS bumper sticker.

Joe. That’s crazy talk.
Keep talking!

He probably doesn’t need to win New Hampshire or South Carolina either.

I agree. If “they” are saying this now - conceding the possibility that the “leading democrat contender” cannot win Iowa, “they” realize “they” have no chance of winning Iowa.
Which opens the gate for the critical “First Three” (Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina) primaries to be run up by extremist social-racist-democrat-communists.

Telling Iowa you don’t need them is a good way to not win Iowa.

If my pick, AOC, does not win the Dem nomination, then dam*it I’m voting for Trump in the primary!(/s)

Biden will likely not win New Hampshire either or any other very liberal state.
To: yesthatjallen
Correct, he doesn’t have to win it to get the Dem Nomination.
He does have to win IA, WI, MN, MI, PA, NH, and NC in 2020.
He might win two of those States

He doesn’t have to win anywhere because he’s been promised the nomination. But then, libs lie.
