Yep. When bureaucrats screw up, they need to be stripped of sovereign immunity and face the prospect of losing their house, car, bank accounts and retirement benefits. That includes judges and prosecutors.
If there’s no legal mechanism to rein in fascist bureaucrats,then it’s time to reapply our Declaration of Independence to our 21st century Tory and red coat traitors.

Seems like some of his many friends can bring his schoolwork to him which he can do at home in a couple hours per day. This will leave lots more time to go shooting some more and he won’t be behind when he goes back.

Bunch of idiots.
Here, I picked up a shell from the boys’ restroom and took it to the office. The principal tossed it in the trash and that was that. Students are always bringing in pictures of their deer and no one gets hyper. One kid tells when he shoots a rat in his house.

So students who are known to go shooting are banned from geting an education. Let’s see how that holds up in court.
Meanwhile the schools are pressured to keep admitting students who are known to be violent in order to keep them out of the school to prison pipeline.
