Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr used his position to funnel information produced by his wife on the now debunked dossier to target President Donald Trump and his campaign, according to more than 330 pages of documents obtained by Judicial Watch.
Ohr was demoted from his position as U.S. Associate Deputy Attorney General in December 2017, after Justice Department officials discovered his wife’s role with the embattled research firm Fusion GPS. The firm was hired by Trump’s political opposition: the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. The research hired Ohr’s wife to investigate any links between Trump’s 2016 campaign and Russia. Moreover, former Wall Street Journal reporter Glenn Simpson, who founded Fusion GPS, hired ex-British spy Christopher Steele to compile the now infamous unverified dossier.

Justice Department Attorney General William Barr appointed Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham to investigate the FBI’s handling of its investigation into Trump and Russia. Over the past few years, more than a dozen senior FBI officials have either been fired, demoted or forced to retire after documents exposed bias, leaking and other malfeasance during the Russia probe. “These documents show a crazed DOJ-FBI effort to use the Clinton spy ring at Fusion GPS, namely Nellie Ohr, to smear President Trump – even before he was sworn in as president,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Clinton campaign operative Nellie Ohr may as well as have had a desk at the Justice Department.”
Ohr’s wife Nellie, who was hired by Simpson because she is a Russia analyst, was also compiling her own dossiers on Trump. She used her husband to deliver the information to the FBI, as the documents suggest. Further the documents show that

There is no rule of law in this country anymore. The last vestiges of this great republic died after Trumps election. The resistance movement refused to allow the peaceful transfer of power that we had come to take for granted in american politics. Until these conspirators are rounded up,tried and convicted we are in a state of third world disfunction. When do the 4:00am no knock warrants start at democrats and FBI and CIA employees houses begin. I am tired of waiting for some proportional response.

All they ever do is reset to square one and then say hush, it's an ongoing investigation, don't even ask questions.
One gets the feeling they're stringing us along. Another year and it's prime election season...or another world crisis. This then falls off the news tricycle. The only perennial news is that we're all a hive of nasty racists.
We don't need another Five Year Plan to investigate the Augean stables.
By the way, I have nothing against Barr except when people tell me how honorable and wise and trustworthy he is.
The little thing that encourages me is, up until recently, the news, whether Fox or OAN, would say in reporting news about the whole thing was: the newscasters would ALWAYS SAY “ALLEGED” THIS OR “ALLEGED” THAT.
Now, I noticed they say: Comey lied to the FISA court four times...NO ALLEGED.
And many of the other facts that were preceded or followed by: “well, it SEEMS, or it LOOKS LIKE.
Now, it is straight out reporting without those additional words.
