Reuters: Prison Guards Skipped Mandatory Checks Before Jeffrey Epstein’s Death
Breitbart ^ | 10 Aug 2019 | Joshu Caplan

Guards at the New York City jail where millionaire investor Jeffrey Epstein was found dead Saturday did not conduct required checks on prisoners the previous night, according to a report. Epstein died of a suspected suicide after being found unresponsive in his Manhattan Correctional Center cell where he was being held on sex trafficking charges. At approximately 6:30 a.m., Epstein was “found unresponsive in his cell in the Special Housing Unit from an apparent suicide,” the Federal Bureau of Prisons said in a news release.

Staff conducted life-saving measures and Epstein was transported by ambulance to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Around 7:30 a.m., a gurney carrying a man who looked like Epstein was wheeled out of the jail and taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, the New York Post reported.

Epstein hanged himself while in solitary confinement. Three law enforcement sources confirmed the suicide to ABC News. NBC reported he was not on suicide watch.

“At the MCC, two jail guards are required to make separate checks on all prisoners every 30 minutes, but that procedure was not followed overnight, according to the source. In addition, every 15 minutes guards are required to make another check on prisoners who are on suicide watch,” Reuters reports.

In July, Epstein was found nearly unconscious in his cell with injuries to his neck and was placed on suicide watch.

Attorney General William Barr has directed the FBI and Department of Justice inspector general to launch a full investigation into Epstein’s death.

So, the same agency who murdered Seth Rich at the behest of Hillary are investigating the 'death' of Jeffrey Epstein?

ROFL! Barr, you cannot POSSIBLY be this stupid.

I am not CONVINCED Epstein is REALLY DEAD at this point. DNA test on his corpse is in order.

In light of the outcome, I would have Arrested and Charged the Guards with his Death.

“I had the great pleasure of telling an FBI cyber security guy I wouldn’t even consider him having been employed by such a criminal organization as the FBI for the past 10 years.

NO ONE at the FBI has come forward about the criminals acts of the FBI. NO ONE. So, they are all guilty.”

Why not get those people who do the TV shows? They have always seemed honest, smart and competent.

DNA tests can be arranged before the death and made available afterwords if needed for verification. There is every reason for skepticism about the death of anybody in these times, days, of corruption in our govt. I would like to believe that Epstein is still alive and in a safe place where he can be brought back to confirm the facts of what took place and the names of those who participated in whatever was going on.

Telling him that must have warmed your heart. I know I’d have a great feeling of satisfaction if I could do something similar.

A question in the back of my mind is what I’d say if being questioned to be a juror. How can anyone have faith in our judicial system with Hillary, et al., walking free? Would I even dare say anything?

Reality in the American attention span:

Day #1. “I’m shocked!”

Day #5. “Anything new?”

Day #10. “Oh, not that again”

Day #15. “I seem to recall...”

Day #20. “Who’s Jeffery Epstein?”

Day #25. (crickets)

Wouldn't surprise me if he's already cremated thereby ruling out any possibility of tests..

"Epstein died of a suspected suicide after being found unresponsive"

It says he was "unresponsive", but I haven't yet read that they found him with an item of clothing, sheet, blanket, etc., still around his neck. Did they have to cut him down, and did they immediately remove whatever he hung himself with, and check for vital signs? Correctional Officers are taught First Aid and CRP...and how to use a portable defibrillator. The training is required yearly, at least when I worked for New York State it was.

"In addition, every 15 minutes guards are required to make another check on prisoners who are on suicide watch...”

I'd question this statement. In NY State prison system, when an inmate was placed on suicide watch, there was an officer seated outside his stripped cell 24/7 until he was either sent to a psych center for outside evaluation, he was transferred to another facility, or he was returned to population. The officer would have the inmate in his view the full time, and he would have to keep a log of every move the inmate made inside the cell. If the officer needed to use the bathroom, or wanted to have a bite to eat, another officer would relieve him during that time. Personally, I can't imagine them doing it any differently in Federal facilities.

"How much were they paid...and by whom?"

Since only a doctor can put someone on suicide watch, and take them off it, I'd like to know who the doctor was that removed him from suicide watch, and what their connection to the Clintons is.

"Let me guess: all of the cameras around the cell and in the hallways failed overnight also. "

Typical "coincidences" that accompany Clinton-related deaths.

There was an earlier post linked to a tweet that had images of Tony Bourdain (who hanged himself in a closet a year ago or so) and different shots of Epstein - as well as year old images of someone who looked like Epstein, but had different ears and a hooked nose - a body double or Bourdain - hard to tell.

The FBI is both practicing the Blue Line and government union thuggery. Screw them!

Noticed that not one media mention made so far about security cameras.

Wake up call is at 6 am. Turn out for breakfast is at 6:30. Yesterday, it was reported they found him shortly before 7 and today approximately at 6:30. That’s not splitting hairs. I said a couple days ago it was noticed he didn’t turn out for breakfast. Seems that’s the case so where was the wake up call guard at 6? Was he alive at 6?

If Epstein was serious about suicide, why do it right at turn out time and risk get saved again? It’d be embarrassing for him to fail at it a second time.

My money is the autopsy to say it was erotic asphyxiation. Not saying he wasn’t murdered but erotic asphyxiation would be the most believable to the sheeple.

The FBI will “investigate”, then say “Mistakes were made. Warden has been reassigned. Case closed.”
