Regarding your post #138, much to agree with. Great recommendations. I would add one thing to your list of suggestions for stopping these tragedies: Public execution by slow torture of any of the perpetrators just wounded by a concealed carry holder. I am not suggesting people shoot the perpetrators to wound and not kill, but if they happen to be brought down by only wounding....
Public execution sounds good. My vote would be for hanging in the town square. Though I would recommend keeping the rope tight, so that when the platform dropped away their neck did not break - slow strangulation.
