Police and other emergency services are responding to reports of an active shooting at the Walmart near the Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, Texas, local officials and witnesses say. Only few details were immediately available.
The incident began at about 11 a.m. on Saturday when officers were called for an active shooter at Walmart. It was not immediately clear if police have confirmed a shooting and, if so, what is the status of the suspect.

When you vote in a Dem or Pub Primary in TX, they will ask if you want your card stamped. Then if there is a run off, you can vote in the run off for which your card is stamped.

When you vote in a primary they will stamp your card Republican or Democrat. I don’t think it registerers you in one party or the other but for that election cycle you can only vote in the primary you first voted in if there is a run off.
I think you’re also overlooking the fact the close-up pix is distorted on account of how close he was to the lens.
