God has acted throughout history with outward signs, physical events, and supernatural miracles.

To say that acknowledging Christ’s physical presence as a fact of history is somehow opposed to having faith in Christ, is a false dichotomy.

I wonder sometimes why people who believe profoundly in the resurrection would not give some leeway to others’ belief that God may have also left behind an authentic relic - especially when it’s as confounding to science as the shroud.
