Of course they’re “outside of his purview”, because the exposure would damage the democrats and their whole sham.

Herr Mueller is a GOOD little party apparatchik after all.

Mueller’s responses to the GOP questions remind me of “Uncle Leo” on Seinfeld, when Jerry caught him shoplifting... “I’m an Old Man! I Get Confused!!!! I thought I paid for this...”

Those things are outside of his purview because the special counsel's office didn't use any of that evidence in any of the cases they prosecuted -- for obvious reasons. That evidence would never be allowed in a criminal trial.
