ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) -- A Cobb County man might sue a Georgia lawmaker after she claimed he told her, “Go back to where you came from,” during a confrontation at a grocery store.
In a statement Monday, Eric Sparkes told CBS46 he’s “in the process of exploring with attorneys a defamation lawsuit against her.”

The guy who she claimed told her to “go back where you came from” is a Democrat and a Trump-hater with a lengthy social media past to prove it. Anyway, I’ve never heard of blacks being subjected to “go back where you came from” - that’s something immigrants have traditionally been subjected to. This woman is just trying to leech off another group’s victim status.

I purchased my items and tipped the cashier a $20 for the best improv comedy moment I’d seen in years.

I’ve read “open” lanes, but have not seen “empty”.

The trouble with suing is that he suffered no money damages. A lawyer wouldn’t take the case on a contingency fee, so he’d have to pay his lawyer directly.
