Sarah Armstrong of the ACLU is being willfully stupid. The issue is the violent behavior that the masks encourage.

Behavior is the issue, not the mask. Actually, it sounds like a compelling argument. Let's apply it to the TSA drones who are so focused on confiscating and profiling stuff that they wouldn't know a terrorist if one hit them in the face. < / sarcasm >

Anti-mask law should be federal.

The last three attacks were enough to put their victims in reasonable fear of death or great bodily harm; indeed they actually inflicted great bodily harm to each victim’s head. That’s enough to have allowed each victim to use lethal force to stop each attack.

Mr. Wheeler wants to weigh his options thoroughly and hear concerns from community leaders before making a decision, I'd bet if it were a ban on the Pledge of Allegiance it would have been passed immediately.

No real surprise the ACLU defends Fascism.

Because the mayor protects antifa and arrests those who fight back.

I am of the opinion that wearing a mask or intentionally concealing identity while committing a crime, misdemeanor or felony, is de-facto proof of intent and should be a minimum 1 year felony with up to an additional 4 years (total of 5).

So, the Chief of Police’s name is Outlaw. Since the cops have been repeatedly ordered to stand down while Antifa riots and assaults people, the name fits.

There should have been mask laws across the country 2 years ago.
Along with the warning: "Anyone protesting with a mask on is subject to rubber bullets, tear gas and bean bag weapons to be used against them."
