I get the same thing grading college papers. I've got a guy now who complains is he gets anything other than a 100%. On his last paper he forgot to indent half of the paragraph and he NEVER uses apostrophes appropriately.

I worked 2 1/2 years in Peru...loved it. Also lived and worked in Chile...I always maintained that if I would have stayed in Peru, I would have been fluent in Spanish.
Years of the weird Chilean version of Spanish arrested my development...I maintain!!
I also spent two years in Argentina, and they seem to be in competition with Chile as to who can speak the worst Espanol. (I don’t have the tilde key on my computador...lo siento).

Español.
There may not be a designated "tilde" key on your computadora but somewhere in the computer you can find the accents, upside down exclamation marks and tildes.
Go to your search engine and ask how to find them on your specific computer. I have a Mac and it is pretty easy to find and use them.
