A St. Louis couple said a wedding dress designer refused to make a garment for them, saying it goes against her faith.
Tiffany Allen and Angel Lane said they reached out to the New York-based company, D. AUXILLY, through e-mail to get some information. They said the designer, Dominique Galbraith, responded.....
""I wouldn't be able to make a piece for a same-sex wedding. It goes against my faith in Christ. I believe Jesus died for our sins so that we would live for him according to His Holy Word...."
Marcia McCormick, a professor with the St. Louis University School of Law said the company is violating the law.
"The dressmaker is violating New York State law..."

I think that is EXACTLY what is happening here.
Precisely.
>> I remember when homosexuals claimed that all they wanted was just to be left alone.
Boy, it didn’t take that tribe of wimps long to turn into the Gestapo. Decades ago, a fellow airline employee made a pass at my wife (we had just started dating). She quickly found out she had crossed a line. Years later, whenever she saw us, knowing we were married, she’d scurry off like a rat - head down - in another direction. Talk about “gaydar” (gay radar).
Nowadays she’d be dragging our butts into HR or suing us for harassment.
But not Missouri state law which does not include sexual orientation in its anti-discrimination law.
Yep, premeditated, I’m guessing. I’m a real estate investor and one of my favorite realtors is gay. We were talking about stuff like this just yesterday and he’s sick of these militant homos going out of their way to create life hell for both sides. He said there’s a definite backlash going on to where he now hides his lifestyle on social media. The SJWLGTQ are making it worse on themselves and they don’t even know it. If they DO know it, they don’t care - because most of them are narcissists anyway!
These are all staged events...which is why they don’t pick Muslim bakeries.
>> I thought fags and lesbians were creative. No gay dressmakers? No Lesbian dressmakers?
Geez, that’s funny! Now, your assignments for today:
1/ Watch “La Cage aux Folles”. Twice.
2/ Write Robin Williams’ joke about
lesbians being “Women in Comfortable Shoes” on the blackboard 100 times. In cursive.
The LGBTQRSTUV community once again forcing their BS made up rights on “Normal” people.
Since Dykes do not have weddings, dykes do not require wedding dresses.
They have that right, so long as the reason for refusing service doesn't violate anti-discrimination laws. A shop can refuse service, for example, because someone is barefoot because attire is not covered by the laws. They cannot refuse service because someone is Muslim because religion is protected. In this case they can refuse service because the customer is gay because sexual orientation is not covered by Missouri anti-discrimination laws.
“the company is violating the law”
The law is an ass !
Think of idiots like this “couple” as pushing the pendulum even further to the left. Which gives it even more potential energy to perform its inevitable swing to the right.
And our guillotines are waiting for the progressives.
Sharp, lubricated, and hungry.
Keep it up, progs.
Here’s the question I’ve always wondered about. While I am not in retail, I don’t know why it won’t work.
I place a large sign in a very visible area that reads:
“Please be aware that we do not accept or approve of same sex marriage, but since the law requires us to provide services to everyone, we will comply. Please also be aware that we will make a donation of the full amount charged, in the name of the couple, to one or more of the following organizations:
(List several of the more prominent anti-homosexuality organizations).
I’m sure they will appreciate your donation so that they can continue on with their good and worthwhile efforts.”
I haven’t discriminated against anyone. I don’t think there is anything anyone can do about it.
AWWWWWWW
MORE PC VICTIMS
My heart bleeds
And while you're there, measure the restrooms to make sure they are handicapped accessible. Hey, might as well kill two birds with one stone.
It's Gaystapo.
Here's a pretty commentary on this problem: https://youtu.be/bD3YGFgBr2Y
Interesting jurisdictional issue.
i think you should be able to refuse service to anybody, for any reason. Just “NOPE”.
However, their $$ is as good as the next couples. I’d make the dress. I do not spend my $$ at obviously liberal shops, though.
The wedding dress designer is a fool. Just say you are too busy and fully booked. BTW these two lesbos are black and none too nice looking. Photos are on the www.
Why do they insist on the trappings for a traditional Christian wedding? Never mind. Rhetorical question.
