I have known 3 people who were born with both sets of sex organs. A doctor told me they usually remove the male organs, as they are small and underdeveloped. These people can not reproduce anyway.
I know a gal who was born without a uterus. She couldn’t have children.
I know a gal who was born with two of everything. I think she had only one vagina but she had two uterus, four ovaries, etc. She had no problem having children.
Our granddaughter was born with one big upside down U shaped kidney. The left side was infected and not functioning. When they did the 9.5 hour surgery to removed the left side of the kidney, they found it was attached to the urethra, under the bladder. Should have been attached above the bladder.
She also had a tethered spine. The spinal cord is supposed to be able to move up and down inside the spinal column.
The way they found out, she was 2 and not sitting up or crawling, which normally happens at 6 months.
They didn’t have health insurance due to ObamaCare. His boss offered health insurance, for $2K a month. Plus deductible and co pay. He made only about $4k a month. Gross pay. They had to pay for house payment, food, utility, gas, etc. He checked around. Cook’s children’s hospital in Ft Worth took them as a charity case because they couldn’t qualify for Obama subsidized care, and couldn’t afford the insurance offered by his boss.
Before ObamaCare they HAD INSURANCE. We gave them $4K when the baby was born, at home. We gave them $10K for help with medical bills, they had accrued before Cook’s took them on. So he changed jobs and told his boss that the company had to pay 100% of his health care insurance.
There are so many individual problems out there. Not everyone is a pervert. Some people are born with birth defects and deficiencies.

Where do you live? I want to know because there must be something bad in the water there! I’ve managed to go 60 years without meeting anyone with mixed organs. They DO exist, and I have great sympathy for them, but they are very rare and not at the heart of the issue here.
And yes, there are certainly voluntary homosexuals, particularly now since being homosexual makes you “special”.

Define "gay." While no one may not choose to have a same-sex attraction, if they act on that attraction, then it is a choice. A married man might not choose to be attracted to his neighbor, but if he has an affair with her then it is his choice and he has committed adultery. One might not be able to control one's desire to have more money, but if he were to rob a bank then he has made a choice.
This conflagration of same-sex attraction and acts of sodomy under the single term "gay" is dishonest and a part of the strategy to advance the acceptance of the latter. I have the utmost sympathy for those who suffer with an unwanted same-sex attraction; but I condemn anyone who choses to indulge it and commits acts of sodomy.
As for "God must love gays, he sure makes a lot of them," we are all born with a corrupted human nature because of Original Sin. That we are born with some particular disorder does not give us justification to indulge in it. Additionally, there are studies that would point to childhood abuse or lack of connection with a parent as the major source of same-sex attraction, not a "gay gene" that causes it in someone.

Yes hermaphrodites exist. It’s a physical birth defect. Homosexuals have behavior problems. Feeling the urge to engage in misdirected reproductive behavior MAY not be a voluntary impulse however actually engaging in the behavior is.

It just seems like a lot because the media makes it appear they are everywhere. They are at most 1.8% of the population according to the most extensive study ever done on the subject, and about half of them were made "gay" as a consequence of being raped as children, but the media doesn't talk about that either.

Why would God make a person who, by being a practicing homosexual, is in a perpetual state of sin? No loving God would do that to a person.

I’m sorry about your grandchild’s problems, and yes, there are occasionally born babies with ambiguous genitalia, but gays are not “born”, they’re made. Why a person develops an attraction to their own sex, is a result of many factors, such as upbringing, exposure to same-sex information verbally or visually, while sexual feelings are beginning to develop, many other factors, or just plain old fashioned sin. Sin is enticing, and crouches at the door. “It desires to have you, but you must rule over it”.
Gay is not genetic.
Nobody is born that way.
They choose it by letting the temptation to that sin define them.
