The viral footage revealed that the teen had been removed from class for stating that there are only two genders, with the teacher telling him that whilst the boy was entitled to his “opinion”, he could not share it at school because “the authority” and school policy dictated that there are many genders and to assert otherwise was “not acceptable” and tantamount to discrimination.
“I know what you think, and I know what the authority thinks, I know the authority’s point of view is very clear,” the teacher is heard saying.
In the interview, the boy said the issue first came up in class when they had been asked to sign up for a website and the teacher pointed out there were only two gender options.
“He basically started going off on a tangent about how bad that was and how old fashioned it was and I said: ‘But sir there’s only two genders,’” he said.
“He instantly snapped back and said ‘are you really going to go there’ and I was like yeah there's two genders and he said ‘Murray if you want to have this discussion we can have it outside.’”

Those born other than XX or XY have a legitimate claim to be considered something other than Male or Female.
So too, parts do not make sex. There are all kinds of birth anomalies.

Conflating, sex, gender and homosexuality in one post is problematic, to say the least.
Now. Perhaps you would call this a quibble, but please hear me out: please don't call sex organs "junk".
It implies that your sex organs are trivial, extraneous, or a bother. If they are garbage, that it can't be a bad idea to cut them off and throw them into the medical waste landfill.
It's body-shaming. It shows disrespect for the physical indicators of man and woman, masculine and feminine, and reinforces the whole gender dysphoria madness.
OTOH, if you don't want to use the textbook names, IMHO "wedding tackle" is kinda fun (i.e. "the equipment you need for your wedding") -- and I used to remind my little boys not to let anyone hit them in the groin, and to protect their "family jewels."

It just seems like a lot because the media makes it appear they are everywhere. They are at most 1.8% of the population according to the most extensive study ever done on the subject, and about half of them were made "gay" as a consequence of being raped as children, but the media doesn't talk about that either.
My point was simply that for any particular individual their sexual interests, and ultimately behaviors are formed by a variety of factors, including personal choice.
The claim that sexual orientation is inherently fixed at birth, while frequently made, is not supported by evidence. Instead, like most aspects of human behavior a combination of genetics, experiences, cultural environment, and probably many more factors, some as yet unknown are involved.

Importantly, the research suggests that it is having feminine personality traits and behaviors more common to gay boys, i.e. gender nonconforming, that leads to such high rates of child abuse cases in gay men.
