If the “Republicans” ever regain control of the House, one of their first jobs is to impeach the traitorous leftist judges who have hallucinated their perverted interpretation of the Constitution.
And if the crooked judges are not convicted the first time by the Senate, impeach the traitors again.
Wasn’t this already ruled on? Also the transfer was under the declaration of emergency. There is no judicial review of declaration of emergency because it is precisely going outside the law. The only option to stop an emergency declaration is that congress can over-ride it.

Love President Trump and an appeal is fine, but what he really should be saying is that he’s proceeding with the wall anyway and ignoring the judges unconstitutional, and out of jurisdiction ruling. Unless he plans on doing that anyway and is just keeping it quiet.
He should send in a squad of Marines and declare a judicial emergency and take this guy to Gitmo.

Mr Trump, you seem to learn very damn slowly. You are letting them userp CLEAR executive authority thus STOPPING fulfillment of your campaign promises. They are not tying you up or delaying you, they are STOPPING you cold. You have a sworn duty to protect this country from the invasion we are all helplessly watching occur.
If he starts with massive deportations now maybe he can get the rate up to what it was between 2008 and 2013. Maybe even more than that.
He would only have to double the rate from 2018 to equal 2012.
All because of judges blocking his effort?
