My dad got me into country music in the mid 60’s. We had a local AM station that broadcast from sunup to sundown only.
Lefty Frizzel, Hank Snow, Patsy, Earnest Tubb and so on.
I just heard Black Shelton’s “God’s Country”. Awesome. Give it a listen.
