The point is that Moore does have a path — especially a path to a primary runoff if there’s a crowded GOP field. And if he does get there, he would be only one step away from a rematch with Jones.
Moore would still have a decent chance of winning a general election in conservative Alabama, and that is surely a big part of why he’s running again.

I don't recall having elected federal black robed tyrants who willfully ignore the Constitution. Roy Moore WAS elected by the people of Alabama, and it was his sworn duty to uphold both the state and federal Constitutions. He did so.

When you have prominent Republican Senators like Richard Shelby going on national television and actively urging voters to not vote for Moore, it makes otherwise reasonable people believe Moore must be guilty.
But lets face it. Shelby had no proof at all, and just went along with the media accusations against Moore.
