It is accepted though by the executive branch in the U S Constitution whose job is to enforce it.

It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL as it does not exist in any matter, shape or form in that document. If you had any grasp of reality, ma'am, you would know that.

I don't recall having elected federal black robed tyrants who willfully ignore the Constitution. Roy Moore WAS elected by the people of Alabama, and it was his sworn duty to uphold both the state and federal Constitutions. He did so.
