Why are so very many big city top law enforcement officers (police chief or sheriff) minority or women? Do they reflect the general population of that l.e. community or is it discrimination?
Remember Houston had a woman Police Chief or Chief Sheriff or something and she sounded just as stupid.
A guess being an “affirmative action idiot” is a prerequisite for liberal cities female senior officers.
