Evidence Suggests the Hillary Clinton Team Created Dossier Was Provided to Steele, then Kerry’s..

Former Clinton friend and advisor, Dick Morris suggested in February 2018 that the Steele dossier might have been made up by the Clintons and that Steele was only used to provide it some credibility:

“The reason Hillary hired Fusion [GPS] is because she needed someone more credible than Sidney Blumenthal and Cody Shearer to float these charges,” Morris alleges.

Just as the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee used intermediaries in financing the Steele dossier to keep its fingerprints off a document styled as intelligence and not opposition research, Shearer allegedly used the tactic of laundering to ensure that his information looked as though coming from a clean source rather than a political dirty trickster.

In April 2018 Real Clear Politics reported that they had received a 2nd copy of the Steele dossier that came from individuals related to the Clintons.

In late September 2016, Sidney Blumenthal, a close Clinton confidant and colleague of Shearer’s, passed Shearer’s dossier on to State Department official Jonathan M. Winer, a longtime aide to John Kerry on Capitol Hill and at Foggy Bottom.

According to Winer’s account in a Feb. 8, 2018 Washington Post op-ed, he shared the contents of the Shearer dossier with the author of the first dossier, ex-British spy Christopher Steele, who submitted part of it to the FBI to further substantiate his own investigation into the Trump campaign.

I suspected this but didn't have any evidence until recent reports of a Blumenthal dossier came out, after which I wrote this suspicion out the other day on this thread:

I am absolutely convinced that Morris is right...that Hildebeast or one of her minions hired others to write the whole dossier and used Steele, Ohr, Fusion GPS and others with help from her supporters in the DOJ, FBI and maybe state, CIA, and God knows how many others to try to take down Trump

AFAIK, McCain got a copy of the Steele dossier. If I am reading this correctly Morris is saying that Clinton people actually wrote it, then hired Steele to format it like raw intel and put his name on it.

This would be either to trick the FBI into thinking it was something ‘credible’, as Comey often said they thought Steele was credible; or as I suspect merely to give them plausible deniability - a paper trail that makes it look like they did due diligence but really they knew all along it was a bunch of Clinton manufactured hooey.

There are a number of reasons the FBI should have suspected the dossier - #1, they had already received a tip from the DNC alleging Trump’s computers were linked to a Russian bank, they checked it out and found nothing. When this same claim appeared in the dossier they had to suspect the source. #2, there was a Blumenthal dossier floating around with similar allegations. #3 they had received multiple warnings from State department and DOJ about the dossier. #4 they had already fired Steele for leaking. #5 they knew he was working for Clinton and heavily biased against Trump all along.

So my opinion is, they knew it was bunk and they were part of the scheme to put Steele’s name on it so they could cover their butts on the paper trail. It was part of the “insurance policy” and this is the real reason they ‘fired’ Steele - so they could move him off the books so as to keep appearances that they were not paying for political oppo research. 3 card Monty.

I imagine they first circulated all this dossier stuff hoping it would be used by the media in their relentless attacks against Trump during the campaign; and would bolster Clinton’s claims about Trump+Russia and Russia preferring Trump and hating her.

But the media didn’t really bite on any of the dossier stuff - those who would report on this kind of story saw it as garbage too. As for the rest of them, it was just o much easier for them to push out opinions (He’s a racist! A xenophobe!) than it was to try to substantiate this kind of “intel”.

And that is when the so-called ‘insurance policy’ came about. They would use it to launch an investigation and set a bunch of traps for the President - perjury traps, obstruction traps etc. The Dems in the House are still playing through the motions even though Mueller failed in his primary mission. They are using all their Nixon era terminology even after Mueller came up empty on collusion and obstruction they moved on to allege “cover-up”.

That’s the worst of it all - is that it is so obvious. They launch a counter-intel investigation inside the FBI. Comey tells POTUS he is not the targtet, then Comey leaks that POTUS is the target, Rosenstein suggests Comey be fired, Comey is then fired, Comey leaks again and admits to Congress he leaked in order that a Special Prosecutor be appointed to investigate POTUS, then Rosenstein hires a special prosecutor just like Comey wants! Can it be any more obvious a set-up?

And the media, instead of being a watchdog against abusive government overreach is the lapdog of the intel agencies and the cheerleader for Sedition and the attempted coup.
