You may recall that about a year into failed Attorney General Jeff Sessions tenure with the Trump administration he rebuffed several calls from members of Congress to appoint a U.S. attorney outside the Beltway to investigate abuses by the Obama regime and the 2016 Clinton campaign regarding Spygate.
That attorney, John Huber of Utah, was supposedly a special prosecutor in all but name, Sessions said at the time. He claimed Huber will be using all of his prosecutorial powers to conduct a wide-ranging investigation into alleged abuses that extend well beyond suspected FISA court improprieties.
I am confident that Mr. Hubers review will include a full, complete, and objective evaluation of these matters in a manner that is consistent with the law and the facts, Sessions announced in late March 2018.
And then
crickets.

While the investigative summary does not name the DAD, it does reference the OIG report on FBI misconduct during the 2016 election. In that report, which came out last year, the DAD repeatedly mentioned is Peter Strzok.Funny, you could have said "a DAD repeatedly mentioned is Peter Strzok".
So since his name isn't mentioned we must all presume it's Strzok, right?
I'm going to try and see how many Deputy Assistant Director positions there are at the FBI.
I'll get back with you.

An early interesting tidbit...
INTERVIEW OF: EDWARD WILLIAM PRIESTAPSo I believe I became the assistant director of Counterintelligence in January of '16. For the year prior, I was a deputy assistant director in the FBI's Directorate of Intelligence at FBI headquarters.
Snip...There's a lot of fluidity between SACs, deputy assistant directors, and assistant directors.
Note the plural usage.

Oh really! Same link as above.
As a deputy assistant director, he wouldn't be number two, only because there's three number twos. So there's three deputy assistant directors in Counterintelligence.
Isn't that interesting! And that is just Counterintelligence.
I'm like a dog on a bone!

Mr. Priestap. I believe he means Robert Jones. Robert or Bob Jones was a deputy assistant director in counterintelligence, and he was Pete's boss, if I recall correctly, at the time.
There's the name of a new candidate.

Only Left Trolls would defend Huber and Sessions.
Its all been out there long before today.
Huber protected the Guilty, by playing like he was doing something, the Faux Investigation to shield the Deep State from a real Investigation.
There are crazy left sites you could go and marinate with your peeps.

When the DoJ is interested, they kick in doors in 3:00 am raids and put people in solitary confinement. They prepare to charge children to get Gulity pleas.
They raid Lawyers offices.
Huber is a fraud, Launched by compromised Jeff Sessions, who was AWOL his entire time at DoJ. Sessions couldve withdrawn his recusal at any time, but Comey and Rosenstein had him.
Romney/Huber.

Here's Mrs diGenova, Toensing, in April, calling the Huber investigation a farce...
Although the Uranium One allegations are within Mr. Hubers purview, Ms. Toensing has heard nothing from him. She has not reached out to Mr. Huber but said he should have contacted her within the first two months of his investigation. It is head fake, a farce, she said of the Huber investigation. It was an attempt by Sessions to get Republicans off his back. Im embarrassed for them because they fell for it, and I hope something happens now.

I believe I've heard Joe diGenova say that too.
Here's Joe D. calling Huber's investigation a "useless appendage".
Huber was suppose to be investigating leaks and a bunch of other things. He stopped his investigation because of Horowitz, so hes the useless appendage whos done nothing. In fact, hes suppose to be investigating Uranium One yet he never contacted our law firm, and we represent the key informant in that case, so go figure..
Link
Both diGenova and Tensing have been criticizing for for a while the Huber investigation of Uranium One.
I've heard diGenova on more than a few occasions criticizing Huber. I thought it was common knowledge by now for most of us. Whether they use the word "farce" or whatever, the point stands, they think that the Huber Uranium One investigation is a big nothing.

All Huber has to do is pull those transcripts. There is no need to interview him again. That's your opinion.
Certainly the DOJ wouldn't just rely on Congressional transcripts in lieu of performing their own interview of a key witness.

I believe I've heard Joe diGenova say that too.You could believe in the Tooth Fairy too.
You're close to proving he said it, but only close.

Published on Nov 30, 2018 John Solomon: Ill give you some breaking news right now, Sean. Just two hours ago federal prosecutors assigned to John Huber, the US attorney investigating the Clintons, reached out to a whistleblower in the Clinton Foundation The first time weve seen contact between a Clinton Foundation whistleblower and that particular federal office. That just happened tonight.Yet, since Nov. 30, 2018, both diGenova and Toensing have said that their whistleblower, William Campbell, has not been contacted.

You could believe in the Tooth Fairy too. You're close to proving he said it, but only close. You could argue a point that is beside the point all you want. The important point stands. The diGenovas think that the Huber Uranium One investigation isn't real.

Certainly the DOJ wouldn't just rely on Congressional transcripts in lieu of performing their own interview of a key witness.Perhaps. Evidence has been presented as well and is in the possession of the government.
Do you need me to show that to you again?

No.
The stated point is mine.
I'm putting forward as evidence Joe's and Victoria's claim of fact.
If you think that they are lying, then good luck with that.

I'm putting forward as evidence Joe's and Victoria's claim of fact.Someone not being interviewed doesn't
prove that
nothing is going on! That's conjecture and/or supposition.
If you think that they are lying, then good luck with that.
Where have I even intimated that they're lying?!
I believe they're stating their opinion when they say nothing is going on. Nothing more, nothing less.

We are miscommunicating.
The claim of fact by Joe and Victoria is that Campbell hasn't been interviewed.
My point that I've put forward is that Joe and Victoria have made that claim of fact.
Joe's and Victoria's opinion is that (paraphrasing) Huber hasn't done a real investigation.
Based on Joe and Victoria's claim of fact, and for other reasons, I too think that it is most likely that Huber's Uranium One investigation, isn't a real investigation.
Have a good night.

Sure why argue if youre right. I need to be more careful on my assumptions. I hate when I let emotions control thought.

I saw the original source in the story but CBS News didn’t have any of the associated analysis with the TNS story...so there’s that.
