Garrow said, "he had no idea of the scale or the ugliness of it and his apparent indifference to rape until he saw the files."
In addition, I have discovered that much of what King has written and his speeches have proven to have been plagiarized. This has been known and formally documented, yet not acknowledged the past 25 years.
And his Civil Rights organization was deeply entrenched with the CPUSA.

Thomas Jackson, American Renaissance, April 1994
The Martin Luther King, Jr. Plagiarism Story, Theodore Pappas (Ed.), The Rockford Institute, 1994, 107 pp.
Late in 1987, a graduate student working on the project to publish the collected papers of Martin Luther King discovered that King had plagiarized huge parts of his doctoral dissertation. Clayborne Carson, the director of the project, decided to suppress this fact, thus setting in motion one of the most sordid tales of academic dishonesty and race-based special pleading in recent memory.
This book is an invaluable collection of several accounts of what King did and of the contemptible coverups and justifications that followed. Not surprisingly, its editor, Theodore Pappas, could not find a commercial publisher, so the book is unlikely to be in book stores or even in libraries. Only if enough people buy and read it will its story survive the whitewash.
Starting Early
It is now clear that King began plagiarizing as a young man and continued to do so throughout his career. At Crozer Theological Seminary in Chester, Pennsylvania, where he received a bachelors degree in 1951, his papers were stuffed with unacknowledged material lifted verbatim from published sources. The King papers project has dutifully collected this juvenilia, and Mr. Pappas explains how it strikes the reader today:
Kings plagiarisms are easy to detect because their style rises above the level of his pedestrian student prose. In general, if the sentences are eloquent, witty, insightful, or pithy, or contain allusions, analogies, metaphors, or similes, it is safe to assume that the section has been purloined.
Mr. Pappas notes that in one paper King wrote at Crozer, 20 out of a total of 24 paragraphs show verbatim theft.....
#MLK Too?
Tear down the statues
You have to ask the question “Why did the FBI release it NOW after sitting on it for 50 years?”
What are they trying to distract us from?
Don’t think that negates his key role in ending segregation by his activism and oratory. It was not necessary that a myth of superior character needed to follow but it was almost inevitable.
Is this timely release possibly intended to distract from, oh I don’t know, some people who did something?
I withhold judgment until proven but will say from some of his past exploits, it wouldn’t surprise me terribly.
This was investigated by James comey, John Brennan, James clapper and Peter Strzok years ago.
Brian Williams gave an excellent review of the goings on...
There’s going to be a whole bunch of boulevards need renaming.
At least for a time, the deep state needed King. He was an acceptable alternative to the hard left radicals that wanted revolution, revenge, and plunder, and who were heavily funded by the Chinese Communists (i.e., Mao).
But what was Deep State’s involvement in having him executed? Perhaps, they were hoping to trigger an uprising, as an excuse to implement social controls (like they did anyway after 911).
If this is true, they’re going to start referring to MLK as a Republican again. Oh wait—
Well, see. The FBI was spying on MLK, and he was a great man. So what’s wrong with the FBI spying on Donald Trump?
The #MeToo movement has hit a wall. How are they going to blame President Trump for every sex crime in the world when a legend in history they adore is a fallen hero?
Dog whistle to keep you from hearing the democrats used the government to spy on Republicans since 2007.
Well, pull the statues down... including that Mao-looking monstrosity on the Capitol Mall... rename all the Boulevards...
Right?
I don't know anything about the scale or ugliness but this is absolutely nothing new. Most just refuse to believe it. There are clips floating around out there and they have been for a long time.
In fact, its probably 10 years ago on this forum on threads about what a great man and perfect example of a republican King was that I posted about both his plagiarism and his tendencies. I suspect this orgy is the same one that the "Im f****** for Jesus!" clip Ive heard comes from.
No one believed me then and I doubt many will believe the story now regardless of what is released.
They are going to have change a lot of street names!
King County (Seattle) - my home - might get to keep its name.
The county was originally named for William R. King, an obscure slave owning Vice President under an equally obscure President Franklin Pierce.
Around 2005, the legislature and governor officially changed the designation honoring William King to Martin Luther King.
But, we still have a problem....
Around that same time, the always energetic King County Council decided to change our official county logo to an image of Martin Luther King - which appears on almost all King County forms, stationary, etc.
My prediction - the MLK “rape tape” will be declared a hoax, and nothing will change at all.
This is all true..and in fact, many of us had heard about it during his lifetime- but let it go. MLK was a plagiarist, a womanizer and probably all sorts of other things. But he said some good words, and actually is now hated by the black establishment for having said them.
So we need to just let it go. Theres more important issues out there.
They wouldn’t disparage Malcom X like this.
