The PADS is the Position and Azimuth Determining System.
And the way it’s mounted, you can’t drive and operate it at the same time because you had to watch where you were driving and also try to watch the distance readout on the PADS display.

John Kerry was a coward in Vietnam. According to men who served with Kerry, Kerry lied about his actions in combat in order to win military citations. They said that, in reality, Kerry ran from the enemy leaving his comrades to die.
As the Vietnam war wound down and Kerry was transferred stateside, Kerry deserted his post permanently. Later Kerry was handed a dishonorable discharge after appealing to a political ally.
I just want to know if Buttigeig was the campaign staffer who told Kerry to lie to the American public about his military service.
