I am requesting Prayers from my FReeper Friends. I am 84 YO and experienced a 10 minute Verbal Lapse on Good Friday. Diagnosed as a 75 % blockage in Left Carotid Artery bifircation. Right at 30%. Physically Normal but Anxious! Surgery will be 1 PM May 23.

If it involves stents and a cath lab, it is an amazing, immediate improvement with no chest-cracking or cutting into.
If it’s not, I don’t know. I am in the middle of cataract surgery recovery myself and the improvement is astonishing.
Medicine is medicine but surgery DOES STUFF. LOL
