In a nation with freedom of speech, freedom of press, how can such a thing exist?
I suggest that violation of copyright and child porn are the only cases where iformation can be disseminated illegally.
What other case exists that can violate the Constitution?

How about grand jury proceedings -- which is a hot topic right now because that's what is behind the redactions in the Mueller report?
How about any other information related to a legal matter that is under a seal of confidentiality by a court?
How about information that is subject to a non-disclosure agreement between two parties?
How about Donald Trump’s tax returns?

That's the point of our papers. They have always been political arms. There has never been a sitiuation of papers not favoring a group. 'Centinel,' 'Mucius Scaevola' and 'Leonidas' were all operatives. Democratic and Republican papers were legion back in the day.
