Yes, but that may be the least of their concerns. They used the most powerful weapons of government in a conspiracy to commit sedition. Their goals were political harm against a duly elected President based on orchestrated events, politically motivated fabrication, and obstruction of justice.
This goes far beyond any deliberate material omissions.

There is definitely a major problem with the Flynn prosecution and it is most likely centered around McCabe and possibly Sally Yates.
Lest we forget, the person in charge of the Flynn case for the FBI was McCabe who is by all accounts facing indictment himself. Yates was in charge for DOJ. The OIG has been focusing on this and the report is coming out soon. In fact, I would not be surprised if the Judge already has an idea of what it will say.
I went on record long ago saying that I thought the case against Flynn would have to be dismissed because if even 1/10th of what has been alleged by reputable media sources (forget the conspiracy stuff) is true, he was targeted and railroaded.
The Flood letter to AG Barr will be almost impossible to ignore.

I don’t know what effect a pardon would have on any future civil case Flynn might be able to bring down on the players involved. I hope he can bankrupt them all.
Quite the letter - and VERY much on point. There is not a single thing in there that is improperly stated, from the standpoint of how the Law should work in our nation.
Of course, do not expect the Leftist media to report anything about the contents of this letter - because to do so would be to begin (or accelerate, because it has already begun) to erode any trust in the Democrat Party and the media.
People REALLY need to go to jail - not just those who originated and carried on the attempted coup, but also those in the DOJ and FBI who violated the law. If they don’t, then all confidence in, and adherence to, the laws of this nation will be gone. Why, after all, should WE obey the laws, when those enforcing the laws don’t obey them?

Flynn’s lawyer may very well have not known about the evidence. Many a dirty prosecutor’s hid evidence that would clear people being be charged.
