They smeared him, called him a liar and said he should resign. The same Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee who tried to assassinate the character of Judge Brett Kavanaugh last year pulled the same stunt on Bill Barr — with the same result.
They failed because, once again, they were throwing mud while shooting blanks.
Despite the Dems’ desperate efforts to derail Kavanaugh’s nomination with false accusations, he is now on the Supreme Court. Barr was obviously prepared for his mud bath and was unflappable in the face of Wednesday’s mean-spirited assault, proving himself to be a rock-solid attorney general.
As he said at his confirmation hearing, “I won’t be bullied,” and he wasn’t.

Mullets are sickening but a bald guy with a mullet is really disgusting.
Part of why I am an angry man today is being bullied one day when I was in junior high. No one in the adjacent group of maybe 20 kids came to my aid.
Always hated being bullied or seeing it done. Good for Barr.
I finally heard about Jerome Nadler’s weight. He used to be much heavier.
In a 2002 article they said he had bariatric surgery to have his stomach stapled. At 5 feet 4 inches he should weigh 160 and once was said to weigh 400. Then couldn’t go up one flight of of stairs to serve in Congress.
Article said no diet or exercise plan works in he long run-—depressing but I always have thought that.
All in due time...they are terrified of Barr because they know he won’t be browbeaten and is already looking at some “irregularities”...proper job takes time.
