1. Tension between Attorney General William Barr and Robert Mueller
Barr revealed a split with the special counsel over the pursuit of evidence that President Trump tried to obstruct the probe. Mueller did not draw any conclusion on obstruction, despite gathering the evidence.
“The investigation carried on for a while as additional episodes were looked into,” Barr told the panel. “So my question was, why were those investigated if, at the end of the day, you weren’t going to reach a decision on them?”

I still want to know how Trump could have obstructed the investigation into a crime that didn’t happen.

Barr is one smart man. THIS is indeed a key point partisan politics by Mueller. Either Mueller gathered the info for partisan purposes to feed the dems data OR he planned to make obstruction the major point of his inquiry but bailed out in the end. Nothing else makes any sense.
Best bet to understand the dummocrap behavior:
They are terrified of the pending DOJ IG’s report and possible criminal referrals, plus the exposure of White House involvement.
Therefore they must trash Barr’s reputation beforehand (and also Mueller’s).
They have no options, so they will continue.
Or he and his team worked to clean their own trails and of certain others
I don’t want to nominate him for sainthood, but I like what I’m seeing from Barr. Very much.

How is it humanly possible for Barr to go over the tons of records generated by the Mueller team when he had just assumed his office?
Mueller had an army gathering documents and evidence. If they officially can’t be trusted to do the job, then the whole thing is a double hoax.

Mueller didn’t provide his investigative notes, only his report. How could Barr be expected to review the evidence??
The main take away is that the democrat party colluded with our Goebbels Mushroom media to conduct a Stalinesque show trial to deceive the public.

The Rats wanted him to investigate the investigation to drag it out for another 18 months.
1 takeaway from the hearings:
Dems tried to destroy president Trump’s Presidency by falsely accusing him of collusion- they failed- they sunk EVERYTHING they had into trying to destroy him politically and failed- they invested EVERYTHING they could and failed- now they are pissed and are trying to punish anyone who is associated with the President as payback, and they are failing again and exposing themselves as vindictive anti-Americans who are willing to violate the will of the people in order to regain the power they lost
Let’s all hope they keep exposing themselves as the nasty vile little tools of The Evil One that they truly are, and independents run as far away from the democratic party as they can as a result of it all!

Yeah, well that’s hardly news. She’s the product of Hawaiian racism that checks the box for anyone with a Japanese name and a D after it.
What I think is the biggest takeaway is that we now know the nature of the legal diagreeement between Barr and Mueller i.e. 1512(c)(2) and how Trump’s legal team correctly figured out what the SC was doing and put Barr in place to put an end to it. Brilliant and perfectly executed.
Also as chief executive officer he can hire and fire anybody serving in the executive branch. How can firing comey and others be considered obstruction when it is part of the job description?

Under questioning from Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., a former prosecutor who is running for president ... who got to where she did, why? I’d love to see her in a courtroom. And I’d love to ask her, “during your time as California AG was there ever a time when your investigators found no evidence of a crime and you went through their files to see if they made a mistake? If so, cite the case(s). Why did you not trust their judgement and work? Did they keep their jobs since you deemed them untrustworthy and incompetent?
I didn’t listen/watch it, as I cannot stand these people anymore, but for all the talk of Barr, lying and talks of being charged and impeached, it would appear that he sent to very loud and cleat, shots across the bow:
1. Barr said he is investigating Department of Justice leaks to the media regarding the investigation into alleged Russian collusion with the Trump campaign
2. Barr said he is investigating the basis for the Justice Department’s decision to secretly surveil the Trump campaign beginning in October 2016. Barr said he is working with Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz to determine if a surveillance warrant was properly obtained by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance court the month before the election.
Barr said his probe, “is focused on the basis of the FISA and the handling of the FISA application,” and added it could extend into the prior months, when FBI agents who helped initiate the Trump probe were texting to each other about their disdain for Trump, their desire to stop him from becoming president, and their support of Hillary Clinton...........OOOPS!!!!!
They want him gone before any of this leads back to one of their offices.
