SCOTUS To Rule On Whether Men Can Wear Women’s Clothes On The Job
The Federalist ^ | April 29, 2019 | Jeana Hallock

If 'sex' in federal law is replaced with 'gender identity,' the government will be unable to ensure equal opportunities for women.

R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes has been serving grieving families in the Detroit area since 1910. But in recent years, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has targeted this small family-owned funeral home for punishment due to their refusal to participate in an employee’s so-called gender identity preferences.

Why? To achieve its political objective: replacing “sex” in Title VII, a federal law, with “gender identity.” This means bypassing Congress to completely change the meaning of federal laws intended to advance women by including men who say they are women in the same legal categories.

If Harris Funeral Homes loses, it could be forced to pay a price few small businesses can survive—hundreds of thousands of dollars. Worse yet, women could be forced to sacrifice something priceless that they have struggled for decades to achieve: legal equality.

Liars will potentially be entitled to 1/3 the jobs.

Potentially a minimum of 1/3. Possibly half or all, depending on the mix.

A company could fill their quota by hiring half men, and half men identifying as women. Need workers that can lift some weight? Hire a bunch of men willing to wear lipstick while doing the labor to augment the manly men.

Many people wear non-gender-specific clothes...but there are still clearly gender-specific clothes.

Not really.

Seems there are a few things gender-specific for women such as dresses and skirts. But then everything else is neural.

Name an article of clothing that only men wear... Neck ties? I’ve seen women wear ties. Button down shirts? I’ve seen women wear that. What clothing is gender-specific for men only?

This has possibility of getting extremely uncomfortable for Feminists who thought they’d won the legal battle for ‘equality’ using the courts.

Let’s say a company to meet the politically correct quota system needs to hire 10 women. They could change the physical requirements, hire trans women, and have them doing the same labor as the true males. This would eliminate real true females, as well.

I’d love to see how that would be resolved.

Naturally, I’m for sanity. Hope this insanity gets shut down!
