Right-wing pundit and immigration hawk Ann Coulter said she could vote and perhaps even work for democratic socialist Bernie Sanders if he stuck to his original position on U.S. border policy... If he went back to that position, I'd vote for him, I might work for him. I don't care about the rest of the socialist stuff.

Trump is the ultimate political anti-cloaking device.
Thanks to him all political frauds are being exposed.

“Ann Coulter is Bill Kristol in drag. Bitter and irrelevant. Trump flushed em all out.”
I think you are correct. Never did like her.

Ann Coulter wants the spotlight, and is good at saying things that get people's attention.
"Trump Support" was a good attention-getter for her in 2015 and 16. Now that he's president, she's moved on.
Just another media flack, no different from the rest. She just happens to occasionally express an opinion that might coincide with the FR consensus. That's all. Nothing else.

So long book sales, baby.
You just made some weird, sideways endorsement of the only official socialist in the congress. Said you’d work for him, too.
He’s not going to hire you, no one is. You’re a writer without a party now. See ya, wouldn’t want to be ya.

How many Democrat Senators voted to block Trump’s emergency declaration on immigration 2 months ago? Every single one of them. How many Republican senators voted to block his emergency declaration? 12. Last time I looked 12 is a small minority of 53. Does that mean because one like Coulter is angry at the 12 she should align herself with those who vote unanimously for open borders? I understand her anger at the Republican elite but does not mean you invite the devil into your house?

Bernie, build a wall? Only around his homes. I truly am starting to wonder if she’s suffering from an undiagnosed mental illness at this point.

Just getting notoriety. Ya see, she wore her welcome out on the GOP centric shows so now she is playing to a larger audience and customers. Reminds me of the line uttered by the Jap CEO on Die Hard movie: Pearl Harbor did not work out so we gave you color TVs.

Bernie's right in that clip. Except he also opposes giving any money for a fence/wall on the border.
Anyway, Coulter's point remains ridiculous. A major reason we don't want an invasion of immigrants from south of the border is that we don't want the government taking our money to give it to a bunch of poor people. If she's willing to do that via socialism anyway...not much difference.
