Jihadists may not have set the fire, but they’re certainly celebrating it. Many Muslims believe that the ruins and destruction of non-Muslim structures testifies to the truth of Islam, as the Qur’an suggests that the destroyed remnants of ancient non-Muslim civilizations are a sign of Allah’s punishment of those who rejected his truth: “Many were the Ways of Life that have passed away before you: travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who rejected Truth.”

I saw this picture being posted online last night. Is it real? Are there others? Anything more suggesting this was the latest of a string of attacks on Catholic Churches across France?
When Christians see Muslims stumble remember Proverbs 24:16-18.

What’s in the background, unspoken, is the part Mary plays in this in the Muslim “religion”.

That’s the problem with Muslims. They do not understand that Christianity does not reside in a building.....any building. Notra Dame is a testament of mans love veg for God. It is the collective outpouring of that love. A building can be destroyed but our love for God continues. Nothing, not fire, not anything can erase the millions upon millions of prayers that were offered up there. The beauty and magisty is merely the physical manifestation of our faith, nothing can touch the spiritual manifestation of that faith.

I do. The Quran speaks of her frequently as a woman of high importance. Weird. They hate women and especially infidel women.
