Pelosi suggests Biden stop being so touchy-feely with women

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday said the allegations of inappropriate touching by Joe Biden shouldn’t short-circuit his political career but suggested that the former vice president join the “straight-armed club” to keep people at a safe distance.
“I don’t think it’s disqualifying,” Pelosi told Politico in an interview. “He has to understand in the world that we’re in now that people’s space is important to them, and what’s important is how they receive it and not necessarily how you intended it.”
She advised Biden to keep his distance with people he interacts with — especially women.
“I’m a member of the straight-arm club,” she said. “I just pretend that you have a cold, and I have a cold.”
The Democratic leader in the House said she’s known Biden, who’s expected to enter the 2020 presidential race, for a long time and noted that he’s an “affectionate person — to children, to senior citizens, to everyone. That’s just the way he is.”
“Join the straight-arm club with me, if you will,” Pelosi said.

“Believe women....but only to a point and only when it relates to Republicans” is the new Democrat MeToo war cry when it comes to Democrat candidates in their nomination wars being charged by politically active Democrat women who create false outrage narratives that they never publicly complained about in the past apparently in support of candidates such as Bernie and the female chauvinist supporting women candidates. Joe’s creepy public actions of shoulder touching and head kissing are more in the annoyance mode than the serious rape or assaultive molestation mode that these women are trying to confuse with those serious charges for their own political ends. Women occasionally run into inappropriate characters like Joe and move on.I doubt anyone has been traumatized to the point of therapy by that kind of inappropriate behavior. Having said that, it would not be a bad thing if smarmy Joe falls into a black hole and disappears politically.A pox on all their progressive houses.

IMO, he does that touch/nuzzle stuff to “take stage” from those who are the focus of the event. He does it to elevate himself and show the cameras what an equal-opportunity toucher he is, no matter the age or race or status of the touchee. As the VA Gov wife said...”Inappropriate.”
